I'm currently redecorating my child's room! My child requested a specific concept, so I'm trying my best to bring it to life. As a mom who loves requests like this, I'm really excited these days. The first step in my DIY interior project is installing decorative tiles on the floor. Changing the flooring really makes the space look completely different! Deco tiles are substantial, and since you only need to tape the four corners, the work was relatively easy. You can easily cut them by slicing the top with a knife and bending it, and for door frames or areas with multiple bends, using fabric scissors makes it easy to cut. The second step is refurbishing with adhesive film. To separate the play area from the sleeping area, I applied adhesive film to the wall up to where the drawers are located. There is a built-in wardrobe in the child's room, but only one of the doors is gold beige. So, since I was determined, I decided to refurbish the door with white adhesive film as well! I feel so relieved now that I've changed the colors of the floor and the built-in wardrobe!
