Here is the recipe for Odu-bap that I've been hooked on lately♡ Ingredients: Cucumber, Tofu, Pollock Roe (Myeongran), Egg, Rice, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil or Perilla Oil, Seaweed (Gim) Instructions: ① Slice the cucumber thickly and cut the tofu into small cubes. ② Briefly soak the tofu in hot water. ③ While frying the egg, place the pollock roe on one side and fry it together. ④ Put the rice in a bowl, then top with the fried egg, cucumber, tofu, and pollock roe. ⑤ Sprinkle with dried seaweed flakes or crumble some seaweed into small pieces. ⑥ Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil or perilla oil, mix well, and enjoy. Tip: * It's delicious just to wrap the ingredients in seaweed! (I forgot to do that on the day I took the photo ;) * I had some leftover shrimp at home, so I fried them together with the rice, and the taste was even better!
