Cooking has become such a burden these days since I started parenting, but I found the perfect product for when I want to grab a quick meal ๐ค First of all, the most convenient thing was the cooking process! You just pour 300g of water into the 250g concentrate and boil it, so itโs no burden even on days when I don't feel like cooking. Since itโs ready in a single pot without needing to prepare ingredients or make broth, itโs perfect for busy weekday evenings or as a hangover cure on weekend mornings haha. Even though the cooking time is short, it has a deep flavor like a properly made homemade soup. I added some water parsley that I happened to have at home, and it felt just like eating soup from a popular gukbap restaurant! >_< Even though it is a clear soup style, it wasn't just a light, simple taste; instead, a subtly rich and refreshing umami flavor came through, making it so delicious that I kept spooning it up. The scent of the water parsley wasn't too strong but spread gently, giving the broth a clean finish! The aftertaste was clean without any bitterness, making it easy to eat without feeling heavy. The squid inside was substantial and had a great texture, and the combination with the fragrant water parsley was fantastic. Squid soup can sometimes be a bit fishy, but this one had absolutely no fishy taste at all; it was refreshing and light, so I slurped it all up haha. It even has a vibe similar to mild Jjamppong broth! Personally, I think it's a convenient meal worth keeping stocked in the refrigerator.
