I tried cooking with fresh and delicious ingredients received from Today's House's "Local's Choice" ♥️ I'm on a diet these days, but on my cheat day, I was craving something spicy~ So, I tried making spicy, savory, and salty braised mackerel ♥️ (My mom ^^;; haha) My mom insists on only buying fresh fish, but when she saw the mackerel I ordered from Local's Choice, she said it was really good because it had a lot of meat and was big. The price was also super, super reasonable ♥️ I put plenty of vegetables and seasoning into this substantial and tasty mackerel, and added my mom's special touch ~ and it got even tastier, you know~? haha There was absolutely no fishy smell, and with the spicy and savory flavor, I properly enjoyed a cheat day with my mom's home cooking!
