Just the name itself is so exciting 😳 I bought fresh chestnuts from Gongju and made *boni-bam* (boni-shelled chestnuts) 🌰~ They are delicious on their own, and they taste heavenly when made into a *boni-bam* latte. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌰 How to Make *Boni-bam* 1. Soak the chestnuts in hot water. (About 1-2 hours) 2. Peel the outer shells one by one. (Beware of your fingernails...) 3. Add about two large spoons of baking soda and boil once. 4. Boil about three more times, changing the water each time. 5. Trim the cores and fine hairs. 6. Add sugar equivalent to half the volume of the chestnuts and simmer. 7.
