A Table Filled with Peace: What I Eat Is Me A time to reflect on the food we eat every day and awaken our forgotten sense of taste. A weekend spent in Bukchon for the first time in a while to attend an Ongo-Sk class. I listened to the philosophy on food and life from natural cooking researcher Moon Sung-hee, and made and ate delicious vegetable sushi using seasonal ingredients. I also took pictures of the ingredients recommended by the teacher. Make a note of the vinegar and wasabi. (You can store wasabi in the freezer and use it as needed. I should always keep this on hand from now on.)
