#광고 This is the breakfast menu I've been consistently eating since I started managing my cholesterol levels. I usually steam sweet potatoes, but today I was craving something sweet for the first time in a while, so I tried baking them in the oven. I filled a generous portion of four types of European salad with farm-fresh sweet potatoes, topped it with cherry tomatoes, cranberries, and a boiled egg, and it turned out to be much more filling than I expected.
