Last weekend, a couple who are friends of 20 years came over to our house. Since they are friends I am always grateful to, my husband and I debated what food to prepare, and we decided to set up a home party atmosphere. ✍🏻 Gambas, Steak, Carbonara Pasta, Salad I plated the steak and pasta in separate portions for easy sharing, and arranged the Gambas and salad on individual plates for easy eating.
