This is a review based on my personal experience using a product provided by #TodaysHome. Is a seersucker duvet the way to go for the summer when you turn on the air conditioner? I replaced my entire bedding set with a Layer seersucker set. 🧊 The duvet is made of double-sided seersucker fabric, so it feels cool just by touching it. The fabric itself has a textured surface, so the side touching the skin feels fluffy and airy. It doesn't stick to your skin even when you sweat, and since the duvet doesn't get hot, it feels less stuffy even during tropical nights. However, it does have a substantial feel, making it perfect for summer nights when you sleep with the air conditioner on! One advantage is that once washed, wrinkles aren't noticeable because the fabric is naturally wrinkled. The pillowcases are quick to replace as you just slip them on. The bed pad has elastic bands on all four sides and a non-slip surface on the bottom, so you just hook the bands onto the corners of the mattress, and it feels like the pad is saying, "I'm sticking right here."☺️ Thanks to this, even if I spread the bedding loosely, the corners don't lift up as much, and when tidying up in the morning, it felt like everything was neatly arranged with just one touch. The fact that it dries quickly after washing is also a big advantage for a summer comforter. After all, you feel more at ease washing your comforter frequently in the summer. Since seersucker bedding is naturally breathable, the drying time is short, which really reduced the burden. 🤔 Were seersucker bedding always this pretty?🙌🏻 I chose the green and white stripe pattern, and just looking at it makes me feel refreshed. Since the tone of my bedroom is naturally quite subdued, I find excessive patterns overwhelming. However, I am satisfied because this set leaves only refreshing accents, giving the bedroom a neat and organized feel. I spend a lot of time reading in bed, and matching the pad, duvet, and pillowcase as a set makes the bed look like a more "complete space." If I place a tray on the bed and put a cup of iced green tea there, it turns the bed into a small home café.
