<A Table Blessed with Peace: What I Eat Is Who I Am> In a cozy space nestled warmly by the tiled roofs of Bukchon, I spent time slowly savoring flavors and introspecting my senses. Under the theme "What I Eat Is Who I Am," I listened to a lecture filled with the philosophy of natural cooking researcher Moon Sung-hee. It was a time when I slowly savored flavors I had previously overlooked, recorded the emotions and feelings of those moments, and came to view my body and daily life with a more affectionate gaze! Beyond the taste of food, I naturally came to look into how my senses respond and what kind of person I am. The process of making sushi with neatly prepared vegetables and plating it also felt like a small meditation. As I focused on the colors, textures, and the movements of my fingertips, it felt as though the senses I had busily let slip away were slowly returning. I think the moments of sharing food and continuing conversations with the people I was with will remain in my memory for a long time as well. A day of deep healing for the first time in a while, where I paused to gently examine my body and mind. I am always filled with gratitude because I gain so much every time I take a special class. <A Table of Peace: What I Eat Is Me> In a cozy space where the tiled roofs of Bukchon settled warmly, I spent time slowly savoring the flavors and looking into my senses.
