Leaning back on the sofa to read, looking at my iPad, or juggling gaming and reading—my shoulders and neck would get stiff really fast. Especially now that I’m in full-on homebody mode, spending most of the day at home, I can feel my posture gradually falling apart—it’s a health warning! So, this time, I brought home a cushion that looked like it had amazing reviews. It’s my go-to item these days: the Level Up Cushion 💛 At first, I used it thinking it would just be a comfortable cushion, but it turned out to be much more comfortable than I expected, so it has become my daily go-to item. It naturally supports my arms, definitely reducing strain on my entire upper body. Since the cushion perfectly absorbs the weight of my arms, I feel like the tension in my shoulders drops dramatically!! It doesn't feel like I’m forcing myself to sit up straight; even when I lean back comfortably, my posture seems to stay upright. So, I don't use it just because I’m thinking about posture correction; my hand just automatically reaches for it. The texture is quite soft, so it doesn't feel irritating even against bare skin.
