Let me share my own little storage rules for utilizing open shelves, which can easily look messy, in a neat and aesthetic way. ✨ 📍 Place frequently used items in the middle: I minimized my workflow while cooking by placing my daily electric kettle and small pots in the most accessible spot. 📍 Tuck colorful sauces into baskets: I gathered oils and seasonings, which have unsightly designs, into metal baskets to keep them neatly hidden. 📍 Place heavy items and vegetables at the bottom: I stored heavy bottles of water and root vegetables that require ventilation on the bottom shelf to stabilize the shelf's center of gravity. I found that simply dividing the space into small sections made the kitchen feel much more spacious and beautiful.
