For some reason, it feels like the more I use Staub, the better the rice tastes! 🩶 Stir on high heat for 10 minutes, flatten it out and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes haha. If you do this, magically delicious pot rice is complete🎶
