As a result, I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder and a partial rotator cuff tear ㅠㅠ Fortunately, it isn't severe, so they suggested trying injections and medication, and monitoring it until the end of the year 😟 I got two cartilage injections in my arm and received that much medicine 😂 I realize that you shouldn't just endure the pain when it's only a little bit; a detailed examination is necessary!
