I visited a kitchen that wasn't just picturesque, but actually painted. It was an Eva Armisen exhibition where they set up the house of a musical protagonist as an interactive exhibit. The protagonist's rooms, decorated with paintings, were pretty, but I guess as a housewife, I only see kitchens wherever I go; I absolutely loved the kitchen. The painted plates were right up my alley too!! Even the food ingredients were drawn, and I thought it would be really nice to have toys like that.
