Isn't it a shame to leave this space empty? My kitchen is small, so I've always struggled with storage. I was particularly bothered by the space under the island, but this time, I found the perfect storage unit at IKEA. It was originally a shoe cabinet, but it's slim, making it perfect for kitchen storage. It looks so much neater now that I've put my frequently used household items in it.
