Since you really liked my last watermelon purchase video, I’m leaving another video of a mukbang (eating show) of Hamheung cold noodles in Sokcho, Gangwon-do. The portions are seriously so generous that three servings are enough for four people. For the noodles, just boil them in boiling water for 20-30 seconds, and rinse them in cold water like you're washing clothes to make them firm and bouncy. Adding cucumber and egg toppings, and for the bibim naengmyeon, pollack sashimi and radish kimchi, makes them chewy, spicy, and sweet—so delicious. Just pour the broth over the crushed ice as is, and this sweltering heat will fly away! Maybe because it was so hot today, my husband even drank all the broth.
