I tasted Seongju Korean melons through the Today's House Local Selection and made a summer dessert to enjoy. ◌ Korean Melon Greek Yogurt Recipe ◌ Ingredients ⋆ 1 Korean Melon ⋆ Greek Yogurt ⋆ A little allulose or honey ⋆ Olive Oil ⋆ Pepper ◌ Instructions ➊ Wash the Korean melon thoroughly, peel it, and cut it in half. ➋ Carefully remove the seeds and extract the juice. ➌ Fill the empty space of the melon with Greek yogurt. ➍ Cut into bite-sized pieces and place on a plate. ➎ Top with Korean melon juice, olive oil, allulose (or honey), and pepper to your liking to finish.
