A culinary trip to local restaurants enjoyed from the comfort of my room 🚗 When I was in Japan, I think I ate fish for half of the week, but since coming back to Korea, I’ve been eating more meat than fish... haha. I crave fresh fish every now and then, but since the sea is so far away, it’s a bit of a shame 🥲 But! Now I can enjoy local food from all over the country right from home 😆 I received some semi-dried red sea bream from Yeosu through Today's House's Local Choice 🐟 Maybe because it's semi-dried, the savory aroma was seriously incredible from the moment I started grilling it... I tried making red sea bream with wild garlic sauce in my Staub pot over the weekend 🍚 I added broth to the soaked rice, topped it with the golden-brown grilled red sea bream, cooked the rice, and finished it off with some fragrant wild garlic sauce ✨ The steam rising as soon as I opened the pot and the flavor of the red sea bream were absolutely insane...
