Hello. Introducing the May menus for our home, #오홈스토랑 :) For a working couple, weekday dinners are no different from a battlefield! Since we arrive home after 7 PM and have to prepare a quick meal, our menus are always simple. However, with the mindset that "at least when we eat, we should present it nicely," we often take side dishes from the refrigerator and portion them half and half into pretty bowls to share! Lately, as I've been waking up earlier than my husband more often on weekend mornings, I start my day by soothing my hungry stomach with bread and coffee. Serving food in pretty dishes and cups makes me feel like I'm treating myself, which just makes me feel better for some reason. What kind of bread should I eat this weekend? XD Lastly, I'm doing the lunchbox packing challenge I recently started again, all by myself :) I pack a simple lunchbox in the morning before heading to work, and the lettuce is the first harvest from our backyard garden! I enjoyed a refreshing salad with lettuce and mayonnaise dressing.
