I took a sip of the broth first, and wow… just like the rumors said, the umami flavor was seriously amazing🔥 It's spicy, but not just a stimulating taste, it's an addictive broth flavor that makes you keep scooping it up… 🥹 Since Gyegeunsang's Dakdoritang is made with 100% chicken thigh meat, the meat was incredibly tender and not dry at all! But the large intestines here were seriously insane… It was chewy, and the savory juices spread throughout my mouth. It was absolutely fantastic when eaten with the broth✨ It contained soft tofu, rice cakes, potatoes, and even hand-pulled dough noodles, so it was fun picking and choosing what to eat🤍 The hand-pulled dough noodles soaked in the broth were especially delicious…!
