After 8 years of housekeeping, I finally found a stainless steel pan I really like. I only use stainless steel pans because I worry about my health and have to replace coated pans frequently. But my biggest concern is removing the polishing compound. With Steni, there is no need to remove the polishing compound; you can use it right away!
