The wedge potatoes were so delicious that my eyes popped open. They are so simple and tasty that I recommend them as a snack as well. Slice the potatoes and soak them in water to remove the starch. Dry them dry, sprinkle with cooking oil and salt (herb salt). Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. I baked them a little longer until they were golden brown, and They were light and chewy, which was great. I think they would be perfect as a bar snack too!!
