This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. With summer starting and me beginning to worry about food waste and fruit flies in the kitchen, I decided to try the Cuckoo Dry Grinding Eco Whale Cube 2L. First off, I really liked its compact size—just the size of a hand span at 19.9cm—so it doesn't take up much space! Its minimalist square shape fits perfectly into the corner next to the induction cooktop without being a burden, and it blends seamlessly with the surrounding coffee equipment and kitchen furniture. Truly from Cuckoo, famous for its rice cookers, the airtightness exceeded my expectations. It is equipped with a substantial 1kg activated carbon filter, the largest capacity in its class, so it is surprisingly odorless even when filled with food. Thanks to this, I was able to place it on the countertop and work on my computer nearby without any distractions. The noise level is also quite quiet and gentle, so I felt at ease leaving it running late at night! In particular, the feature I was most looking forward to even before using the product was the anti-sticking mode. Thanks to the powerful inner pot coating that has undergone a whopping 1 million tests, even when passing through food waste containing seasoning or starch, it didn't stick to the bottom and just dropped cleanly with a thud. Thanks to this, the hassle of internal cleaning and cleanup has definitely been reduced.
