Summer is here. A hot, hot Thursday. Today, after going to a physical therapy session and finishing my workout, I got back home past 1 PM, arriving hungry! I was debating what to eat, and since I've been seeing a lot of taco photos lately, I decided to set it up my own style~ I'm currently obsessed with @yiayiaandfriends_cafe's #OnionPita. While it was thawing out of the freezer, I sprinkled the seasoning on the meat and stir-fried it, then made tomato salsa and ranch dressing to fill a plate~~ I usually keep a stock of Yiayia and Friends pita bread in the freezer, and the Onion Pita and Tomato Olive Pita are really delicious, too.
