The washing machine's automatic detergent dispenser was full of water, so a service technician visited this morning. He said it was because it wasn't closed tightly enough. Oh no! 😆😆😆 I had the lid replaced last year for the same issue, and back then, it was definitely broken. But this time, it looked fine. I was surprised that it was filled with water, so I immediately requested service, only to find out the problem was simply that it wasn't closed properly... (I was sure I closed it well...) Anyway! For those of you using Bespoke washing machines, please make sure to check the automatic detergent dispenser lid to make sure it is closed properly and that there are no broken parts~ 📍 When refilling detergent in the automatic dispenser, make sure to wash it thoroughly before adding it~ Especially with fabric softener, the softener that settles at the bottom can harden and block the dispenser opening, potentially causing it to malfunction!
