#구축사용설명서 Our home is an older apartment building constructed in 2004, making it 20 years old. It doesn't have the stylish pantries or multi-purpose rooms found in modern new constructions, but it does have a legal privilege unique to older apartments! It is the wide, extra-wide veranda structure. Instead of doing expensive renovations, I decorated this spacious area entirely as a veranda home cafe just for my husband and me, and we have been making full use of it for the past three years 🌿 We placed deep wooden coffee cabinets and storage units that fit the wall dimensions perfectly, and by neatly stacking the household items we wanted to hide inside, we created a cafe space that looks incredibly minimalist and cozy on the outside 🤎 Some people worry about it being too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter, but with a circulating fan in the summer and a combination of a rug and a mini heater in the winter, you can enjoy this vibe all year round 🩵 #VerandaDecor #홈카페 #화이트우드인테리어 #구축아파트리모델링
