Potato Hand-Pulled Noodle Soup on a Rainy Day ๐ง It had been hot for a while, but perhaps because of the rain, it has gotten quite chilly. I was debating what to make for a warm soup dish, and I decided on Potato Hand-Pulled Noodle Soup! 1 cup flour, 1 cup potato starch, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1 cup water. I kneaded the dough vigorously and refrigerated it for 1 hour (2 servings). I added 2 packets of anchovy coin broth, potatoes, and zucchini. When it came to a rolling boil, I tore off small pieces of dough and added them in to finish! I enjoyed a delicious lunch with young radish kimchi! The dough was too much for me to eat alone, so I froze half of it. Next time, I'll make Kimchi Hand-Pulled Noodle Soup...โค *The last photo is a building(?) that Malgeum made with waffle blocks.
