Solving the Storage Issues of Older Apartments 🤍 Living in an older 13-pyeong apartment, the biggest drawback I felt was, as expected, the lack of storage space. With limited space and a constant increase in belongings, organizing wasn't easy. So, I tried applying storage ideas by utilizing hidden spaces throughout the house! First, I use an under-bed storage unit under the sofa to store seasonal items or things I don't use often. I stacked paper bags neatly in the narrow cabinet next to the refrigerator, and installed a tension rod above them to organize long box-shaped items like plastic wrap or foil that are difficult to store. It is actually much more useful than I expected. Also, I hung a hanger behind the door to hang trash bags, which is very convenient because I can take them out immediately when needed. On the veranda, I installed a rack and arranged various storage containers. I keep frequently used items like shopping bags in lidless containers, while seasonal items or things I don't use often are stored in lidded containers to prevent dust from accumulating. **Solving the Storage Issues of Older Apartments: A Downside to Storage** In small homes, I think it's more important to find empty spaces within the existing area rather than bringing in new storage cabinets. I've found that even in small spaces, you can store more items than you might think if you just shift your perspective a little 😊 If you have any great storage ideas of your own, please share them in the comments 🤍 #SmallHomeStorageSecrets {0 #ftc24thGeneration} {1 #OldBuildingInterior} {2 #OldBuildingApartment} {3 #SmallHomeInterior} {4 #SmallHomeDecor} {5 #SingleLivingLife}
