I really love the unique vibe of Roman shades, but when I actually looked into getting them installed, the cost and the burden of installation were quite significant 🥹 So, after searching around, I decided to switch to Roman shade-style curtains that can be hung on the existing curtain rod. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but the soft atmosphere created when the sunlight comes in is much prettier than I thought, and the mood of the living room feels much calmer now, so this is the change I'm most satisfied with these days 🤍 Rather than looking like I've completely decorated the space, I like it even more because it preserves the original atmosphere of the house while just adding a slightly more sentimental touch!
