This is a review based on my personal experience using the product provided by #오늘의집을. The weather has gotten even hotter after the rain! To prepare for the summer, I replaced my old mattress pad with a Duraron Summer Cooling Pad to help lower the heat! Regular bedding tends to build up heat and become too hot when covered, but Duralon is a contact cooling material created by HUVIS, a domestic functional textile company. It rapidly absorbs and disperses heat, becoming cool the moment it touches the skin to prevent the heat sensation from lingering. This allows for a dry and comfortable sleep all night long, even if you sweat. My child tosses and turns less during the night and wakes up feeling refreshed, which is great. The simple and clean white color blends well with the interior, and I liked that the non-slip feature and elastic banding prevent it from sliding easily even when tossing and turning in sleep. Since it is summer bedding, I will likely be washing it frequently. While some cooling fabrics lose their coolness with each wash due to surface processing, Duralon has a cooling function built into the yarn itself. Since the cool feeling lasts a long time even after multiple washes, I don't have to worry about putting it in the washing machine and washing it every week. Additionally, because it is a material that dries quickly after washing, it is easy to maintain, and I think I will be able to take it out and use it again every year.
