Last weekend, when even the weather was sunny, I attended a special class for Today's House special creators๐งธ The theme of this class was โWhat I Eat Is Who I Am.โ Listening to Instructor Moon Sung-hee, it was a time to slowly awaken the tastes and senses that I usually take for granted! As I tasted cookies made with feldspar, known as soy sauce salt, and caramel made with seed soy sauce, I realized that it wasn't just about the simple act of โeating,โ but rather that I began to look at my body and daily life in a new light.๐งโ๐ณ In the subsequent cooking class, I personally plated vegetable sushi topped with tofu, bell peppers, king oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and eggplant. Placing small ingredients one by one on green leaves and finishing with fresh flowers made the plate feel like my own personal mini-garden.๐ There were many times in my busy daily life when I would just grab a quick bite to eat, but it was a day that made me reflect once again on the fact that eating well with healthy ingredients is a way of treating myself with a little more affection. From tasting and smelling the aroma to the time spent completing the plate with my fingertips, a class I want to remember for a long time. It was great to see the Scrip members again after a long time ๐ Thank you to the host who planned this amazing event, Ms. Moon Sung-hee and the Peaceful Table staff who made the precious trip all the way from Gurye, and Ongo Space, the place where I could feel the tranquil atmosphere of a Hanok ๐ซถ๐ป #Today'sHouse {0 #Today'sHouseSpecialCreator} {1 #SpecialClass} #Today'sHouseCreator {2 #SpecialCreator} {3 #PeacefulTable} @ohouse_creator @todayhouse @peaceful_table @ongo_spac
