You can reduce your flour intake much more than when you slurp up pasta noodles :) A fresh plate that feels just like eating a delicious salad! The fun texture created by the rice-grain-like couscous grains, various vegetables, and cheese all coming together is a bonus 💚 It wasn't shown in the video, but it tastes even better if you add plenty of lime juice, and it's also delicious served with taco shells or tortillas 🤎 (But portion control is necessary!
