#오홈스토랑 #플레이팅장인 Our Nth Housewarming Party, the day our little guests came over 🏠 I put a lot of thought into cooking so that both adults and children could enjoy it. ➊ Pulled Pork Made with a Sous Vide Machine - I used an oval frying pan as a plate, lined it with parchment paper, and plated it with bread and coleslaw. Since it is a deep pan, I don't have to worry about the sauce dripping, and it holds a generous amount, so I use it often. ➋ Royal Tteokbokki - Tteokbokki that paired perfectly with Soil Baker crumbs! Actually, the seasoning is very similar to bulgogi sauce. I added cute touches with joraengi tteok and heart-shaped tteok. ➌ Jangtteok & Pasta Salad - A menu designed to captivate the taste buds of the adults! Chewy Jangtteok pancakes made with gochujang and a refreshing pasta salad with white balsamic vinegar. It is a regular menu item at our house. ➍ Spam Gimbap - A special menu item created for our little friends. I generously added furikake to the rice and blanched the spam before using it.
