A cutting board is one of the most frequently used household items in the kitchen, and I was truly satisfied with the Haru-ui Gonggan antibacterial silicone cutting board set I tried this time, from its design to its usability. Thanks to its rounded arch design and calm color combination, simply having it out makes the kitchen feel neat and tidy, so it blends naturally into the interior even when not in use. Since it is made of Platinum Silicone, which is used in medical and infant grades, I could use it with peace of mind. I was also satisfied that it is crafted with KCC Premium Silicone, the highest quality in Korea, so it does not easily leave marks during use. Due to the elasticity characteristic of silicone, the feel when cutting is soft, and the noise level is relatively low. The cutting board does not slide, allowing for stable use, and I could handle slippery ingredients comfortably with minimal wobbling. I also liked that the boards dry quickly after use because they are designed to be stored upright with space between them. The entire stand and drip tray can be completely disassembled for washing, and since it is sterilized in boiling water, dishwasher, and microwave, maintenance is much easier.
