I recently spent a precious time fully awakening my senses at Ongo Space, a cozy space where the tiled roofs of Bukchon have settled in warmly๐ฟ Living alone, I often ended up just grabbing quick bites to eat because I was overwhelmed by my busy daily life. However, the phrase "You are what you eat" made me reflect deeply. During the cooking class, which followed as I listened to Instructor Moon Sung-hee's culinary philosophy, I tried plating sushi myself using colorful and neat vegetables such as tofu, bell peppers, king oyster mushrooms, and eggplant. The process of carefully placing the ingredients one by one on shiso leaves and finishing with pretty fresh flowers felt like treating myself with careโI loved it! It was a day where I learned more than just how to cook; I learned how to proactively choose the ingredients that go into my body and how to treat myself with a little more affection. Since I have been given this wonderful opportunity to work together, I will make sure to infuse this comfortable and clear energy into my space for a long time to come.๐๏ธ Thanks to @ohouse_creator @todayhouse @peaceful_table @ongo_space @museumofmodernkitchen #Todayhouse {0 #SpecialCreator} {1 #TodayhouseCreator} {2 #SpecialClass} {3 #PeacefulTable}
