I spent the entire holiday just cleaning and washing it~~😵‍💫😵‍💫 There were a lot of tiny leeches attached to the wild minari, so I really struggled washing each one meticulously~~!! Even after sharing with my acquaintances, there was still so much left I ate minari for all three meals throughout the entire holiday~ I grilled it with pork belly, minari salad with fried dumplings, minari pancakes, and ate fish cakes topped with plenty of fresh minari for a refreshing meal... I even put fresh minari in my ramen. I think I won't need to eat minari for a few years~🤣😅 These days, it feels a bit awkward if I don't add the 'ai' text to my photos lol
