A Table of Peace: What I Eat Is Who I Am ⋆⁺₊ 𓊤 ₊˚ A Today's House Special Class that always awakens the inspiration and interest hidden within me, and makes me reflect on myself! I spent some time listening to a philosophy lecture on food and life by Moon Sung-hee, a master of natural cuisine, and awakened the natural flavors and senses that I had unwittingly overlooked because they were so obvious. The main dish was “Vegetable Sushi with Edible Flowers” ✿˖° As I plated the dish using cooking methods that bring out the true essence of seasonal ingredients and savored the taste, I felt my body and mind becoming clear. I found myself reflecting on the past times when I failed to take care of myself, relying on simple and comfortable foods under the excuse that I was too busy and lazy every day.
