I tried making three dishes to eat in the Italian airtight container, the Lock-eat Food JAR 750ml! Cherry tomato marinade with chopped perilla leaves and onions, cucumber and radish pickles (which I ended up making by adding radishes instead of just cucumbers), and carrot rappe, which is great for salads or sandwiches! Sitting them in the transparent glass Lock-eat container allows the colors to be seen at a glance, making it look pretty too~ Lock-eat allows for disassembly washing and boiling water sterilization, and since its airtight seal is so excellent, it gives me great peace of mind to store ingredients or dishes meant for long-term storage in the refrigerator! It is especially great because the lid, clip, and rubber ring all detach during disassembly washing, allowing for hygienic cleaning and drying~ Plus, it is easy to open and close, so even children can open it easily, and the locking lever is made of stainless steel, making it even more hygienic! Since it is a transparent glass container, it is easy to find items in the refrigerator, allows you to check the remaining amount immediately, and even helps keep the refrigerator neatly organized! This time, I made three dishes based on what I wanted to eat, but I think I'll try making some yuzu jam when yuzu comes out in the winter.
