#동치미 Super Simple Dongchimi Made in 10 Minutes Ingredients: Radish (2/3 of a medium-sized one), 2 tablespoons sea salt, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1.2L water *Optional: Scallions, fermented chili peppers Slice 2/3 of a medium-sized radish into bite-sized pieces and place them in a container. Then, dump all the remaining ingredients in, and you're done! I had scallions and fermented chili peppers on hand, so I added them in, but it's perfectly fine to omit them if you don't have them.😗 (Heehee's family used a 3.6L kimchi container and made just enough to fill one container!) Let the Dongchimi ferment at room temperature for about 2-3 days, then refrigerate and enjoy it chilled! It is very delicious....🤤🤍 📌 Spring and summer radishes available now tend to be spicier than winter radishes!
