#오홈스토랑 #콘수프기록집 My son said he wanted to eat pizza. 🤪 I quickly took out the ingredients from the refrigerator and placed them on a slice of whole wheat multigrain bread. I only put on the tomatoes, chicken breast, celery, carrots, and arugula that my son likes, but after eating one slice, he said he was full. 😅 I guess this is why I need to eat hearty whole wheat bread to avoid overeating. 😁 #Staub #통밀빵 #토스트피자
