#오늘의우리집 #콘수프기록집 After a few days of cloudy and rainy weather, my husband said he wanted to eat dumpling hot pot, so... he gave me time to cook. “Baby, play with Daddy (Yay🥰)” And just like that, my dumpling hot pot was finished in a flash in 20 minutes🥟 It’s been a really long time since I’ve posted a table setting and recipe like this😂 ✏️ Dumpling Hot Pot Recipe (Serves 2) ➰ Cut 6 Napa cabbage leaves, 1/2 onion, 3 bok choy, a handful of enoki mushrooms, and a handful of oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. ➰ Neatly arrange the vegetables in a hot pot and place 8 dumplings on top. (📌 It tastes even better if you mix various types, such as meat dumplings and kimchi dumplings) ➰ Pour in 700ml of water, add 2 coin broth packets, and bring to a boil. (📌 Beef bone broth coin for a savory flavor, and for a clean flavor (Just Broth Coin) ➰ While it boils, make the seasoning sauce and add it. ➰ Seasoning: 1T anchovy fish sauce, 1T tuna fish sauce, (1/2T soup soy sauce), 2-3T red pepper powder, 1T minced garlic, 1T mirin, 1/3T soybean paste. ➰ Once it boils vigorously, add 1 bunch of chopped green onions and let it simmer a little longer. 📌 Pro Tip - When the dumplings are cooked, if you break one open, the meat inside comes out, making the broth even richer! The table setting looks like this, but since we always take turns eating because of the baby, my husband always eats slightly cold rice and cold soup 🥲 Even so, he said it was delicious and finished it all by himself!!
