I just added a single vase, but the texture of the space has completely changed. This is the Iittala Alvar Aalto vase, characterized by organic curves resembling Finnish lakes. It feels less like a vase and more like a stylish object. I brought home the signature 16cm shape, and I love it even more because the wide opening emphasizes the beauty of negative space! For the flowers, I chose Korean forsythias, which are only available for about two weeks around this time of year! I styled it in a way that isn't overdone, creating a chic look with just a single branch placed on top. The shadows cast along the curves of the glass are also mesmerizing.
