I made and ate Okonomiyaki for dinner on a rainy day. Do you know about the Cooksomssi Okonomiyaki meal kit? It comes with vegetables, seafood, and sauce, so you can whip up a quick and easy meal in no time haha. They said one bag makes about 1.5 to 2 servings, so being hungry, I bought two bags... But in the end, it was way too much 😂 What I'm most satisfied with about using an induction cooktop is definitely the versatility of the surface! When not cooking, you can use it like a neat work surface, and even if you place two pans on it at the same time like today, there is plenty of space around, making the cooking workflow much more convenient. Also, it seems like many people worry about stains on white induction cooktops, but I definitely recommend them. Because it's white, stains and food residue are visible immediately, so you end up wiping it right away, which actually keeps it cleaner.
