There is something my mother-in-law once said that I really relate to. "The towel is the face of the house!" Since guests often wash their hands in the bathroom before starting their visit, it seems to serve as a barometer of how well the house is maintained. And because the bathroom isn't a very spacious area, it significantly influences the overall atmosphere as well!
