This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. With the 100th day approaching and the "roll-over hell" about to begin, I finally decided to get a daybed in advance after much deliberation 🤍 I felt that a portable crib would become dangerous soon, and bumper beds are too low and small, so I thought they would only be usable for a short time when the baby is very young. So, I started looking for a daybed that could be used for a long time right from the start, and I discovered that Daily Living had released a new Joy Daybed! Since I have been using the dining table I bought from Daily Living so well, I felt I could trust them completely without any doubts 👍 ✔️ Usefulness and safety suitable for newborns to school-age children What I liked most was that the built-in guard is high enough that you don't need to add a separate guard! I realized that later on, when the child grows up and holds onto it to stand or jumps over it, there is absolutely no need to worry about falls. Also, the guard is detachable, and since it is a super single size, it is sufficient for use all the way through school age. After actually using it, I found that even though the guard is slim, it is joined very sturdily, so I feel at ease knowing there is absolutely no risk of it collapsing or causing injury even if my child bumps into it. With wooden or plastic guards, I used to worry about my baby's body parts getting caught or getting hurt if they bumped into it while sleeping, but with the Joy Daybed, I have absolutely no such concerns. Also, guards that are too thick take up a lot of space, but this one is slim and sleek, so it was great for fitting into a small room! ✔️ Easy-to-maintain and luxurious silicone leather I agonized over whether to choose fabric or a leather cover, but I chose leather because it is less prone to stains or discoloration and seemed much easier to maintain for long-term use. Perhaps because it is silicone leather, even if my baby's saliva or stains get on it, they wipe off smoothly with a wet wipe ✨ The leather material is sturdy and smooth, so it feels great against the skin, and it doesn't seem like it will crack! With meticulous stitching lines and a color that is just the right neutral tone—neither too warm nor too cold—I think it will go well with any room atmosphere. It fits perfectly in our baby's room too 🙊 I love it even more because of the luxurious feel unique to leather! Since the cover is removable, I think I can switch to fabric later if I get tired of it. ✔️ Mattress Comfort, Daybed Versatility Since it is a baby bed, the mattress is really important. The Pony mattress is firm yet cushioned, ensuring safety when laying the child down. However, it isn't too hard, so I felt comfortable even when I, an adult, lay on it. Because the bed is wide, it is highly versatile; when the child is young like now, there is enough space to place focus books or mobiles to play with. It is also large enough for the child to sleep with Mom before they start sleeping separately, so I wish I had bought a daybed sooner instead of a baby bed 🥹 I am extremely satisfied—it feels like a product designed to address the shortcomings of existing popular brands!
