📌 Apricot Ham Butter Sandwich It’s cloudy and humid, and it really feels like summer now. I made a sandwich with the leftover apricots, and I’m glad I took a picture of it🧡 It’s a shame I can’t call it Jambon Beurre since it’s just ham and not Jambon, but I split the baguette open, sprinkled salt and pepper in the butter, added sliced ham and a little arugula for garnish, and topped it with large chunks of apricot.
