The Great Transformation of Discarded Metal ๐ฉถ Lately, while decorating my home, my eyes keep gravitating toward metal interior items that feature a real texture rather than just shiny, pretty things. Among them, the one I liked the most recently was this wine rack! At first, I thought it was simply for storing wine, but once I actually placed it next to the sofa and styled it, it really served as a striking object that completely changed the atmosphere of the space! What was even more interesting was the fact that this product was made from scrap metal that was left over from the factory and was about to be thrown away! Since it's an upcycled product, I expected it to have a rough texture, but the combination of the metal's characteristic cold texture and the zigzag structure creates a very stylish and hip vibe. Because it involves assembling metal plates directly with bolts, the fun of opening the box and putting them together piece by piece is a bonus. Once completed, it feels less like simple furniture and more like a small piece of handmade installation art. ๐ค It is originally a wine rack designed to hold six bottles, but I felt it was a waste to only put wine bottles in it, so I tried placing LP records and magazines on it as well. Even just dropping a page I was reading onto it looks like interior decor, and this combination actually works better than I expected. For a moment, a corner of the living room felt like a small home bar, and it also felt like an exhibition zone showcasing my personal tastesโI absolutely love it! Especially at night, when the lighting is soft, the metal shadows contribute to the atmosphere, creating a mood that makes you want to put on some music and stare at it for a long time! Even though I just casually placed it there, it adds a focal point to the space and makes my favorite items look even more stylish. Itโs my absolute favorite metal interior item these days ๐ฉถ The fact that metal that was almost thrown away is reborn as an interior object full of personal taste makes this product feel even more special! How about this LP rackโor rather, wine rackโfor my home?
