In the end, thanks to my husband who couldn't get used to the gas stove (?), we purchased a single-burner induction cooktop. My husband never uses more than two burners at all, and while I occasionally use 2 or 3 burners at once, usually, one burner is enough ☺️ It is compact so it doesn't take up much space, and the white and rose gold combination is pretty :) The power button is on the front, and since you have to turn the lever to heat it up, it’s even better because there is no risk of my cat accidentally stepping on it and turning it on.
