Since I work from home, I spend a really long time sitting in a chair 😂 Sitting all day makes my buttocks ache and my lower back stiff, so I find myself constantly changing my posture. That is why I decided to try the Balance On cushion! I got just one cushion, but the difference I felt was quite significant, more than I expected!
